BoxedHotkeys is a program for setting up hotkeys on your Windows machine.
There are two parts to BoxedHotkeys: the deamon (BoxedHotkeys.exe) that sits invisibly in the background and responds to key presses, and the config program where you set up what combination of keys should do what.
